Consulting_Digital Identity And Privileged Access Management Senior ISC

EY GDS Philippines is expanding its Digital Identity and Privileged Access Management (DIPAM) practice and is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to strengthen our SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) capability.

In this role, you will work on Identity and Access Management (IAM) engagements for global clients, supporting the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SailPoint ISC solutions. Youll collaborate with a diverse team of identity and cybersecurity professionals while helping organizations strengthen their identity governance, access management, and security posture.

What Youll Do

✅ Design, configure, implement, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions, including identity governance, access certification, and provisioning workflows.

✅ Gather requirements, contribute to solution design, and participate in technical architecture discussions with clients and global engagement teams.

✅ Build and configure source and application connectors across platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, SAP, databases, flat files, and web services.

✅ Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows.

✅ Configure and optimize access certification campaigns, role modeling, Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, and access request workflows.

✅ Develop custom rules, workflows, and integrations using SailPoint APIs, connectors, and scripting capabilities.

✅ Support testing, deployment, post-go-live stabilization, defect resolution, and performance tuning activities.

✅ Prepare technical documentation, including solution design documents, configuration guides, and test scripts.

✅ Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the DIPAM practice.

✅ Collaborate with project managers, quality assurance teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What Were Looking For

✔ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

✔ 3-6 years of hands-on Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.

✔ At least 2 years of recent experience implementing or supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or IdentityNow.

✔ Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including:

• Identity Lifecycle Management
• Access Provisioning
• Access Certification
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Segregation of Duties (SoD)

✔ Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and target systems through connectors and APIs.

✔ Familiarity with technologies such as BeanShell, JavaScript, Java, Python, and REST API integrations.

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Ability to work effectively in a client-facing consulting environment and adapt to project-based schedules.
