Description

Manages sales force under the assigned zone to ensure the delivery of sales targets according to performance standards and in line with Agency strategies. Job also entails managing relationship with distributors and ensuring support requirements necessary for the achievement of targets in Visayas.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year- course
  • Minimum 10 years industry experience in Sales, Agency Development
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial capacity
  • Ability to motivate, inspire and lead sales targets and achieve their KPIs
  • Ability to execute performance management standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong People Skills
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills
  • Presentation Skills
  • Leadership Skills
