Hi! Were Smartsourcing, and were looking for a detail-driven Workforce Rostering Admin to join our on-site team. If you enjoy keeping schedules accurate, shifts running smoothly, and operations organized behind the scenes, this role puts your strengths right where they matter most.

Your Role as Workforce Rostering Admin

As a Workforce Rostering Admin, youll handle staff scheduling, timesheet administration, and onboarding support. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and confidence working with data and internal stakeholders.

Work schedule: Shifting schedule Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and manage staff shift schedules and bookings
  • Review and validate employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness
  • Support onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating requirements
  • Maintain accurate workforce and scheduling records
  • Perform general administrative and coordination tasks to support daily operations

About You Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, workforce support, or administrative roles
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Proven experience in data entry and record management
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
