Website & SEO Specialist

Help grow a fast-scaling painting company through visibility, leads, and smart digital execution

Paint2Last is a rapidly growing residential and light commercial painting company serving Miami-Dade and Broward County. Were known for clear communication, precise scheduling, and five-star customer experiences, and now were looking to strengthen our digital presence to match our on-the-ground performance.

Were hiring a Website & SEO Specialist to own and improve our website, organic search visibility, and lead flow as we continue to scale. To thrive here, you need to be proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Paint2Last website (performance, structure, UX)
  • Improve local SEO for Miami-Dade and Broward County
  • Optimize on-page SEO (pages, blogs, service areas, metadata)
  • Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and suggest improvements
  • Ensure website content supports lead generation and trust-building
  • Coordinate basic updates: service pages, landing pages, CTAs
  • Monitor Google Business Profile and support local visibility
  • Identify SEO and website opportunities that drive qualified leads

Qualifications

  • Experience managing websites and SEO for small businesses or local services
  • Strong understanding of local SEO, Google search, and on-page optimization
  • Comfortable working with WordPress (or similar CMS)
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Clear communicator who can explain whats being done and why
  • Results-focused mindset (traffic leads growth)
  • Experience with home services, construction, or local trades is a strong plus, but not required.

Compensation

  • Remote, international (non-U.S.).
  • Pay range: $10-$15/hour, based on experience. This is a contract position, not direct U.S. employment.
  • Performance-based bonuses based on verified increases in qualified leads and organic rankings.
