Overview:

Xerox is seeking a Transformation Analyst to support Finance Transformation within the Record to Report organization in the Philippines. This individual contributor role focuses on simplifying and standardizing accounting processes, improving system enabled controls, and supporting transformation initiatives across Xerox and Lexmark. You will partner with Accounting, R2R, Finance, technology, and other teams to deliver sustainable improvements while supporting accurate financial analysis and reporting.

• Analyze current state accounting processes and eliminate, simplify, standardize, or automate activities that create unnecessary manual effort, duplication, or rework.
• Design and document future state processes aligned with global accounting policies, controls, and system capabilities across Xerox and Lexmark.
• Support accurate month end results, financial analysis, and reporting while optimizing BlackLine, SAP, and related finance systems in partnership with technology teams.
• Contribute to transformation projects, including migrations, system changes, and operating model shifts, delivering defined milestones and measurable efficiency or control improvements.
• Track adoption, benefits, and risks associated with transformation initiatives, including system utilization, process improvements, and opportunities to reduce rework.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant financial or accounting analysis experience within a multinational, shared services, or local company environment, including experience across multiple general ledger accounts and finance workstreams.
• Prior involvement in accounting transformation initiatives such as migrations, system changes, or operating model shifts, along with knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience supporting system configuration or optimization in partnership with technology teams, with familiarity with finance systems such as SAP and BlackLine preferred.
• Effective analytical, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills, with a transformation focused approach to questioning existing activities, managing priorities, and collaborating across teams.
