The Tenant Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring tenant compliance with lease agreements, memoranda of agreement, and the company’s house rules and regulations.

They oversee construction progress and pre-opening requirements to guarantee that tenants are able to open their stores on schedule.

At the end of the lease term, the Tenant Relations Manager facilitates a smooth egress and proper turnover of the leased space back to the company, including the routing of final accountabilities and the release of security deposits or refunds.

The Tenant Relations Manager also builds and maintains positive relationships with tenants, supporting them in achieving sales, profitability, and long-term business sustainability throughout their lease period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, and other related or relevant technical course
• At least 3 years of working experience in tenant relations, client management, customer service, or equivalent; preferably with expertise in mall management, operations, or maintenance
