Job Description

  • Lead for Professional Services teams for a territory and taking ownership of providing quality services to the territory. Treat everyone in the team with respect, listen to team leaders’ suggestions and keep the team cohesive.
  • Define and Track team KPI’s and make sure resources are allocated to reach the KPI’s metrics.
  • Work on ways to bring efficiency at work.
  • Define and Track team goals and provide guidance to meet them.
  • Reward employees and participate in team/company activities.

Experience

Mid to senior level management roles in Professional Services/Operations/Client Services Management functions

Knowledge & Skill

  • Has knowledge in SP, DP or QA.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Potential and desire to be an excellent manager.
  • Proven team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, goals, and tasks.
  • Deadline and success driven.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Has good business acumen.
  • Can make and communicate difficult decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel.
