Location: Cebu, Philippines (office-based); Hyderabad or Chennai, India (office-based)

What You'll Do:

Resolve Requests: Efficiently handle recruitment-related requests via the Workday recruiting platform and ServiceNow.

Verify: Initiate and monitor pre-employment verifications globally to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Engage: Collaborate with Managers, Recruiters, Candidates, and other stakeholders such as Payroll, HRBP, Legal, Security, and Fleet to streamline processes.

Administration: Manage hires and transfers in the Workday Recruiting system, ensuring smooth transitions.

Backend Activities: Oversee and process backend recruitment activities to maintain operational excellence.

Test: Participate in testing activities within Workday to enhance system functionality.

Innovate: Actively contribute to change process initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Project Participation: Engage in various project activities to support organizational goals.

Process: Provide process updates for the Global TA team and TA Ops team and keep everyone informed.

Support: Perform other corresponding duties and tasks as directed by the Employer, leveraging your qualifications and expertise.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Minimum High School Diploma.

Skills:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Fluent English, Spanish
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Preferably exposed to Workday and Service Now.
• Resilient, with the ability to work independently to resolve problems.
