Responsible for a variety of Service Delivery programs and policies, often encompassing several areas of Service Delivery including technical support, customer service, field service, etc. Assignments may include development, implementation, and evaluation of programs or policies, and may focus on service delivery within a segment of the organization. May work with or manage external vendors to develop, administer, and/or evaluate programs. Reporting directly to the Lexmark Global Customer Services 3rd Line Manager or Site Process Lead, the 2nd Line Manager supports the company Value Statement by planning, directing and coordinating the operations in all areas of responsibility. Responsible for managing, ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the efficient utilization of resources and provision of effective methods and strategies.
