Key Responsibilities: Coordinates equipment deliveries with the carrier and/or the customer.? Manages DNI report to resolve open orders? Resolves physical and financial status miss match report?? Generates customized customer reporting – order status Uploads customized reporting to update Xerox Order/Lease dashboard? Manages order status and reporting on a weekly basis? Manages an average of 100+ installs per month to completion? Ensures all removals are processed and removed within 30-day SLA to met compliance?? Submits MACD ADDs for a new installs? Coordinates with the asset coordinator to resolve XSM data integrity issues? Submits post install MACD? Monitors supply orders in XSM and escalates as needed? Monitors open service calls and escalates to TS focal manager? Sends order confirmation emails to customer? Manages Xerox Shared Mailbox for new activity? Manages CRID dates to ensure 45 day SLA met? Manages Order tracker? Submits FTP uploads to customer transport site? Maintains DCC Sharepoint site? Generates reporting from A-Tool? Validation of Order report for duplications
