As a Supervisor, Resource Planning, you will play a critical role in ensuring our ground handling operations are fully staffed with qualified personnel. You will lead workforce planning, forecasting, and allocation efforts—working closely with Operations and HR to align manpower with operational demand, safety standards, and service requirements.

What You Will Do

• Ensure that 1Aviation’s Mission, Vision, and Values are achieved.
• Develop and implement resource planning strategies to maintain optimal staffing levels across all ground handling operations.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to forecast manpower requirements based on flight schedules, passenger load, and service demand.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to develop staffing plans and ensure timely availability of qualified personnel.
• Monitor staffing utilization, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions or optimization initiatives.
• Analyze manpower data and trends to support accurate workforce planning and decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to resource planning and workforce management.
• Support special projects and perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
  
  

An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Background & Experience

• College graduate or equivalent work experience
• Preferably 3–5 years of combined experience related to Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or Operations Planning

• Proficient in MS Office and database or workforce management applications
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
