Where You Come In

• You will collaborate with Employee Relations colleague to provide guidance on new and existing regulatory and internal policies that impact Dexcom and its employees.
• You will partner with ER colleague, Global Employment Law and Compliance to ensure that the company and HR policy/guidelines comply with legal/regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• You will coach and consult on the interpretation and application of HR policy and guidelines across the employment life cycle in partnership
• You will develop resource tools to ensure consistent application of HR policy and guidelines.
• You will assist in the HR compliance programs to comply with legal guidelines and internal policies.
• You will investigate HR-related ethics and employee cases to ensure timely and thorough investigation and resolution of all issues
• You will ensure submission of regulatory requirements that impact HR
• You will participate in various regulatory and/or internal audits.
• You will represents HR to various regulatory bodies in Cebu such as DOLE, PEZA, etc.
  
  

• You are viewed as a subject matter expert in the Employee Relations field
• You can work in a matrix organization
• You have a wide range of experiences which use functional expertise and knowledge of company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
• You have strong influencing and collaboration skills
