About The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic social media manager to grow Quentic's presence and turn followers into engaged prospects. You'll own our voice across social channels, plan and publish content, and track what's working.

You'll work closely with product marketing, regional marketing, and digital teams to make sure every post reflects who we are and is grounded in the real problems our customers face and how we solve them.

You’ll be responsible for both Organic and Paid social media campaigns helping us reach our ideal target prospects and support demand generation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube.
• Write and publish posts that match Quentic's tone of voice and brand guidelines.
• Track engagement, reach, and follower growth, and report on what's driving results.
• Work with content and design teams to turn webinars, case studies, and product updates into social-ready posts.
• Monitor conversations about Quentic, EHS, and sustainability to spot opportunities to join in.
• Support regional marketing teams by promoting their campaigns and goals through social channels.
• Run LinkedIn and Meta ads for demand generation campaigns, from setup through to reporting on results.
• Aligning with the Digital Team - write LinkedIn posts that support AEO goals, so our content is structured and substantive enough to be cited by AI platforms.
  
  

• Minimum of 3 years' experience running social media for a B2B brand (SaaS preferred).
• Strong writing skills. You can explain complex topics in plain language.
• AI literacy – being able to leverage AI to build social media plans, content and analysis
• Comfort working with data. You know how to read performance metrics and act on them.
• Hands-on experience running LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns for demand generation.
• Experience coordinating with regional or cross-functional marketing teams.
• Experience with social media tools
• A collaborative mindset. You'll work across content, product, and marketing teams.
