Siemens Teamcenter Developer

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, development, and configuration of applications tailored to specific business and application needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals while addressing technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle. You will play a key role in enhancing application functionality and driving project success.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
• At least 3 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance
• Be responsible for key team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decision-making
• Provide solutions to technical and functional challenges across teams
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices within the team
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of development milestones
• Support training and onboarding of new team members to foster collaboration

Professional & Technical Skills

Required Skill:

• Expert proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture

Good to Have:

• Experience with PLM Customization

Additional Skills:

• Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages
• Experience in system integration and data migration processes
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
