🎯 Role Mission

As a Shift Engineer , you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of building facilities and equipment to support 24/7 tenant activities of Robinsons Offices’ . You will handle daily maintenance of critical systems, supervise contractors and technicians, review tenant fit-out plans for compliance, and coordinate with the Building Engineer and Turnover Engineer to uphold safety and operational standards.

ü Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer – Fresh graduates or newly licensed engineers are welcome to apply and help keep operations running smoothly.

ü Highly dependable, innovative, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership.

ü Flexible to work on shifting schedules (morning, afternoon, graveyard), including weekends and holidays.

ü Ability to lead a team of technicians effectively.

ü Strong verbal and written communication skills.

ü Willing to be assigned at Robinsons Cybergate Cebu.
