SEO AEO Specialist HubSpot

Our client is bringing their SEO, AEO (AI Search Optimization), and content optimization efforts in-house using HubSpot Enterprise and is seeking a part-time SEO/AEO Specialist to lead these initiatives.The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and hands-on experience working within HubSpot. This role will work directly with management and our external web developer to improve search visibility, AI search performance, and website optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize HubSpot Enterprise SEO and content optimization tools
• Manage and prioritize SEO, AEO, and GEO recommendations provided by Hubspot software
• Coordinate technical SEO updates with our web developer
• Monitor rankings, traffic, AI search visibility, and website performance
• Prepare recommendations, action plans, and performance reports
  
  
  

• Strong technical experience HubSpot Marketing Hub and Content Hub experience strongly preferred
• AEO/GEO (AI Search Optimization) experience a plus
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• HubSpot Marketing Hub and/or HubSpot Enterprise
• HubSpot SEO Recommendations
• HubSpot Reporting and Dashboards
• Content Optimization within HubSpot
• AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO) experience
• Project management and coordination with web developers and content teams
  
  
  

• The selected candidate will have access to HubSpot onboarding resources, support, and training.
• Completion of applicable HubSpot training videos and certifications will be expected as part of the onboarding process.
  
  
  

• Approximately 20 hours per week to start, effective immediately
• Hours may be adjusted based on workload and project needs
• Fully remote
