This role is part of our dedicated InspireX team working with one such client, applying the same principles that drive success in AV to a new, exciting sector.

Your Role

As Senior Frontend Developer, you’ll lead the development of enterprise-grade Angular applications - especially a new client-facing portal- working closely with AI, backend, and product teams. From architecture to accessibility, you’ll shape how legal clients and internal teams interact with intelligent platforms in a fast-paced Agile environment.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of professional Angular (version 20 and above) development experience
• Strong skills in TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and scalable component design
• Exposure to AI tools like Azure OpenAI/ChatGPT and how they integrate into UI workflows
• Demonstrated understanding of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and UX fundamentals
• Experience operating at a senior level within a cross-functional team, taking ownership of technical decisions, frontend architecture, and leading initiatives.
• Experience with REST API integration and modern frontend state management
• Experience with CI/CD, frontend build pipelines, and testing frameworks like Cypress, Jasmine, Karma, or other relevant frameworks.
• Proven ability to perform code reviews, resolve difficult issues, and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
• A proactive mindset and passion for owning features end-to-end
  
  

What Youll Do

• Architect & Own the Frontend: Lead the design and development of Angular applications, taking complete frontend ownership of a new client-facing portal.
• Translate Complexity into UX: Work closely with product owners and design teams to translate complex workflows into seamless, user-centric experiences.
• Engineer AI-Driven UIs: Collaborate with backend and AI teams to integrate AI-powered features (Azure OpenAI/ChatGPT) into the frontend.
• Champion Accessibility & Performance: Ensure all frontend code is highly optimized for speed, fully responsive across devices, and strictly compliant with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Robust API Consumption: Integrate frontend logic securely with RESTful APIs, taking charge of efficient state management, asynchronous data flows, and graceful error handling.
• Mentorship & Agile Leadership: Act as a technical guide, mentoring junior developers and advocating for modern frontend best practices while thriving in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
