As a Client Advisor at CELINE, you will report to the Store Manager / Team Manager and play a key role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. YOUR IMPACT
Business Development
Contribute to the store’s business success by achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, and deep product knowledge.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored recommendations and complementary products that enhance their experience with CELINE. Utilize cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and introduce clients to the full range of CELINE’s offerings.

Serve as a CELINE ambassador, embodying the Maison’s values and excellence in every client interaction.
Share the rich history and stories behind our products, captivating clients with engaging storytelling that deepens their connection to the brand.
Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation, contributing to the elegant and sophisticated image of CELINE.
Job Responsibilities
KEY FOR SUCCESS
Experience:
You bring at least 1 year of professional experience in sales, within the fashion or luxury industry.
Competencies:
Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINEs products, heritage, and brand identity.
Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships.
A passion for challenges and a collective drive to achieve set objectives.
Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are crucial for success at CELINE.
Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment.
Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
Languages:
English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
