How you create impact

Process Analysis & Improvement

• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and gap assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into automation solutions.
• Establish and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and solution designs.
  
  

Automation Solution Design & Development

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath, VBA, and API integrations.

Drive the Operation and ensure Team is meeting Targets (Performance, Productivity, Quality)

Coach, facilitate, solve work problems and participate in the work of the team

Main Responsibilities

• Daily : - Manage Attendance
• Daily : - Clear necessary actions from Inbox
• Daily : - Conduct Daily StandUp Meeting with the Team
• Daily : - Handle Feedback Queue
• Weekly : - Perform Quality Check Management
• Weekly : - Lead the Weekly Meeting with operators
• Weekly : - Attend the Weekly Meeting with Manager and Co-Team Leads
• Weekly : - Update Team Health Check Update
• Monthly : - Arrange Schedule and Record Gemba Session
• Monthly : - Update Team Roster
• Monthly : - Update Team Skill Matrix
• Monthly : - Promote and Conduct CI Initiatives
• Monthly : - Review, Maintain and Update Work Instructions
• Monthly : - Conduct Meaningful conversation with Team Member via myPerformance
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
• With 2-5 years leadership/management experience
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Sea Logistics
• Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Cognitive Skills and Attention to details
