Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to support our Agile teams and ensure successful delivery across projects. The ideal candidate has strong facilitation and communication skills, a solid understanding of Agile principles, and hands-on experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Team Support

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide the team in Agile best practices to improve collaboration, velocity, and product quality.
• Enable high team performance through continuous improvement, accountability, and effective use of delivery metrics to build and maintain velocity.
• Remove impediments and support the team in achieving sprint goals.
  
  

• Manage and maintain product backlogs, user stories, tasks, and bugs in Azure DevOps Boards.
• Assist the Product Owner in backlog refinement, story prioritization, and writing acceptance criteria.
• Create and manage sprints, iterations, and delivery plans using ADO.
• Use ADO dashboards, analytics, and queries to track team performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
  
  

• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
• Promote transparency by ensuring sprint progress and updates are clearly visible using ADO dashboards.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers to leadership when needed.
  
  

• Enable the team identify process improvements and drive actionable outcomes after retrospectives.
• Encourage a culture of learning, ownership, and accountability.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent roles
• Strong knowledge and application of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Dashboards).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to have Relevant certifications (preferred): CSM, PSM I/II, PMI-ACP
  
  

• Experience working with distributed or hybrid teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD concepts.
• Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
  
  

• Hybrid setup – once a month as the standard schedule (training stage: twice a month). Priority location: Cebu.
• Other office locations available: Eastwood, Alabang, SM North, and Clark.
