Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP Professionals across technical and functional domains to join our growing team in Cebu. This is an exciting opportunity to work on SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Cloud technologies, supporting large‑scale transformations, system implementations, and enterprise modernization initiatives for global clients.

As part of an agile, collaborative environment, you will contribute to designing, building, configuring, integrating, and supporting SAP solutions aligned with business objectives, industry standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role & Expertise)

SAP Technical Roles (ABAP, Developers, Basis, HANA DB, BTP Integration)

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance SAP applications and technical solutions across the SAP landscape
• Develop and maintain applications using ABAP, ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, SAP NetWeaver Gateway OData, and SAP Clean Core principles
• Build and manage integrations and interfaces using SAP BTP Integration Suite, CPI/CPI‑DS, APIs, REST/SOAP, and EAI/SOA patterns
• Perform SAP Basis Administration, including system monitoring, performance tuning, upgrades, transports, and troubleshooting
• Design, optimize, and support SAP HANA database solutions, including performance tuning, data modeling, security, and integrity
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and provide support during UAT and deployments
• Troubleshoot production issues, implement bug fixes, and ensure system stability and performance
• Document technical designs and solutions to support long‑term maintainability

SAP Functional Consulting Roles (Finance, Supply Chain, Business Architecture)

• Provide business and functional consulting support across SAP modules, particularly in ECC to S/4HANA conversions or migrations
• Create business blueprints, functional specifications, and delta designs comparing legacy SAP solutions with S/4HANA capabilities
• Configure SAP modules based on business requirements and industry best practices
• Identify impacts, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in existing business processes
• Lead or support testing cycles, defect resolution, and readiness activities during SAP implementations or conversions
• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure aligned and scalable solutions
• Facilitate workshops, knowledge transfer, and user training as required (local or international)
• Translate business needs into technology‑enabled operating models and solutions

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Minimum 1–3+ years of SAP experience, depending on role
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Suite on HANA, or SAP HANA environments
• Experience in implementations, upgrades, migrations, or system support
• Knowledge of SAP development standards, security practices, and quality guidelines
• Experience working in agile / scrum environments
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams

Preferred (Role‑Dependent)

• SAP ABAP OO with NW 7.5 features
• RICEFW development and Clean Core concepts
• SAP CPI / BTP Integration / API Management
• SAP Basis upgrades, Unicode conversions, SPDD/SPAU
• SAP Finance or Supply Chain configuration experience
• SAP certifications (S/4HANA, BTP, ABAP, Basis, HANA, Finance, SCM)
