Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is partnering with a Raw Materials Company for a Sales Supervisor role based in Cebu.

Salary Range: ₱25,000 - ₱30,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Cebu City

The Role

The Sales Supervisor (Non-Food and Food Ingredients) will lead and support a team of sales representatives, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. This role includes coaching, training, tracking team performance, and helping implement sales strategies.

Your Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and guide a team of sales representatives.
  • Set clear sales goals and objectives for the team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Training And Development

  • Conduct training sessions to improve the sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide opportunities for growth.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning.

Sales Strategy Execution

  • Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies and plans.
  • Ensure the team follows the sales process and strategies.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to align team efforts with company goals.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track sales KPIs and team performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify sales trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and share performance reports to management.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Assist the sales team build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and concerns.
  • Ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty from customers.

Sales Operations

  • Oversee the daily sales operations and activities.
  • Manage sales territories and allocate resources effeciently.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations to support sales initiatives.

Administrative Duties

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle scheduling, reporting, and documentation tasks.

Motivation And Incentives

  • Inspire the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Implement incentive programs and recognition schemes.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Great and strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
