Responsible for maximizing revenue with existing customers by understanding customer demand and managing all operational aspects for customers. Analyzes customer forecasts and historical shipment records to detect changes in demand. Contacts customer to discuss demand trends and maximize sales of products. Monitors inventory levels and shipment activity. Annuities Operations Analyst Qualifications Accounting or finance background Knowledge of LXK/XRX business systems(Salesforce, D365, SAP, Vistex, etc) Sales operations experience MS Excel proficiency Data analysis and problem solving skills Activities Monitor special bid (SME) claims to identify areas of non-compliance and to ensure bid claims and payments are accurate Prepare partner claim summaries and reporting for management review Coordinate with Indirect Contract and Pricing prior to renewal of bids Work with Order 2 Cash team to resolve rebate claim issues Flag root cause issues for resolution Work with broader Global Annuities team on data and analytics activities Position Overview The Annuities Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring accuracy and compliance in special bid claims and rebate processes. This role involves reviewing and analyzing data while collaborating with internal business stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or finance, proficiency in business systems, and exceptional problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Monitor special bid (SME) claims to identify areas of non-compliance, continued discount validity and to ensure bid claims and payments are accurate. Both partner and customer-level discounts Prepare partner claim summaries and reports for management review. Prepare supply discount profile for direct route to market for management review Collaborate with the Order-to-Cash team to resolve rebate claim issues and ensure timely processing. Data and analytics assignments with Global Annuities focus Required Qualifications Working knowledge of LXK/XRX business systems (D365, SAP, SalesForce, eSAP, Vistex, eAuto, Preo, etc.) Sales operations experience with a focus on compliance and process improvement. Working understanding of the print industry Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
