SALES OFFICER CEBU CITY

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving customer acquisition and expanding BPI's presence beyond traditional banking channels through strategic partnerships and community-based sales initiatives. The role focuses on acquiring new-to-bank customers, promoting BPI's digital and retail banking solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and relationship building.

Major Responsibilities

• Implement customer acquisition initiatives to attract new-to-bank customers within the assigned area.
• Acquire quality accounts through area mapping, lead generation, and other sales activities, with a focus on:
• Digital Account Opening
• Credit Cards
• Personal and Retail Loans
• Insurance Products
• Develop and execute local sales and client acquisition strategies in collaboration with partner segments, products, and platforms.
• Conduct worksite presentations, marketing campaigns, and community engagement activities to generate leads and acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, organizations, and prospective clients to support business growth.
• Assist customers throughout the onboarding process and ensure completion of required documentation and administrative requirements.
• Consistently deliver a positive customer experience while achieving sales and acquisition targets.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• At least three (3) years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and strategic marketing skills.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and capable of building strong business relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
