About The Job

The Asset Coordinator serves as the primary front liner in the field for the Asset Management team. They are responsible for the Audit and security of all collateral (Entrusted Assets) life cycle from activation to finish (Fully paid/Resell/refinance) of the secured loans contract.

What You’ll Do

  • Risk Audits & Spot Checks: Conducting regular, systematic physical inspections of dealer showrooms to verify that every collateral (Original CR/OR, Notarized Security Agreement, Stencil, Notarized SPA, sales invoice, etc.) and bike assigned to that location is physically present and matches the Partner Central records.
  • Inventory Preservation: Ensuring dealers maintain the bikes in "Sellable Condition" (e.g., proper storage, basic cleaning, and battery maintenance) to prevent the units from becoming unsellable as they approach the xx-day trigger.
  • Legal "Entrustment" Oversight: Ensuring that every dealer has signed a Letter of Acknowledgement or a similar accountability document before a collateral document is turn over or a bike is delivered, legally binding the dealer to the safety and security of the unit.
  • Leakage Prevention: Monitoring for "unreported sales," where a dealer might sell a unit but delay reporting it to the Asset Team, which can lead to document discrepancies and interest loss.
  • Inventory Selling: Ensuring that the repo units – deposited in the merchant assigned to coordinators is sold with in the time frame of 60 days.

  • Home Credit business understanding and product knowledge
  • Experience in actual customer selling and contract creation
  • High Analytical and Data Driven decision maker
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
