RF Optimization Engineer Local Candidates Only

Job Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Responsible for wireless network performance monitoring, as well as identifying, tracking, and resolving network issues and risks.
• ⁠ ⁠Responsible for planning, implementation, and customer communication of wireless network optimization activities (including but not limited to version upgrades, system expansion, feature deployment, and key event support).
• ⁠ ⁠Organize and participate in various forms of customer communication activities; responsible for preparing and presenting materials, as well as collecting customer issues and requirements.
• ⁠ ⁠Responsible for interpreting wireless network optimization clauses in contracts, breaking down tasks, identifying risks, and continuously monitoring implementation progress.
• ⁠ ⁠Organize and lead capability building of the wireless network optimization team, including staffing assessment and optimization.
  
  

• ⁠ ⁠Familiar with GSM/LTE/NR basic principles, mobile communication standards, protocols and radio Optimization, with more than 2 years of experience in Telecommunication engineering implementation and network maintenance.
• ⁠ ⁠Outgoing personality, logical thinking, good communication skills, self-discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• ⁠ ⁠Possess strong communication skills, team spirit, customer service awareness, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• ⁠ ⁠Have a certain level of proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• ⁠ ⁠Work proactively and diligently, with a high sense of responsibility and strong execution capability.
