Job Responsibilities

• Data entry and management for membership records.
• Ensures compliance with data privacy policies.
• Outside membership acquisitions.
• Promotes and markets the loyalty program.
• Assists loyalty program partnerships with other establishments.
• Executes promotional activities and campaigns.
• Assists in inventory management and monitoring.
• Reporting for internal use.
• Handle calls and email (both internal and external).
• Addresses guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Conducts on-site membership support and engagement activities.
