This is a performance-driven remote appointment setting role focused on inbound lead response, qualification, follow-up, and booking. Your success is measured by how many qualified appointments you schedule and how cleanly you move leads through our system.

You are not "just answering messages" -- you are actively guiding homeowners toward the next step in their buying journey.

Responsibilities

Lead Intake & Qualification

• Respond quickly to inbound leads (calls, texts, forms, messages)
• Ask qualifying questions (location, service type, kitchen size, timeline, budget)
• Identify whether the lead is a fit for our services
  
  

• Book estimates in Jobber according to availability rules
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
• Reschedule when needed
  
  

• Track and move leads through the GoHighLevel pipeline stages
• Maintain accurate notes and contact records
• Follow structured follow-up sequences (calls, texts, emails)
  
  

• Re-engage unresponsive leads
• Follow up with past prospects who didnt book
• Support review and referral outreach as needed
  
  

• Respond to Google/Facebook reviews professionally and promptly
  
  

• Reply to comments/DMs on Instagram & Facebook (Meta Business Suite)
• Coordinate before/after photos and video clips with the team (Slack)
• Organize media in Google Drive and publish engaging posts
• Grow into light video editing support for reels/stories
  
  

• Excellent spoken and written English (clear, friendly, professional)
• 1-3 years in appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, or sales VA role
• Confident on the phone and via text/email
• Comfortable qualifying leads and handling light objections
• Experience using CRMs (GoHighLevel, Jobber, or similar)
• Organized, consistent, and reliable
• Able to work independently and hit daily activity expectations
• Reliable internet, quality headset/mic, and quiet workspace

• Weeks 1-2 (Training): Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM PST
• Week 3+: Tues-Sat, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM PST
  
  

• Employment type: Full-time contractor (1099)
• Expected pay range: $10-$12 per hour (based on experience)
