The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing operational strategies for the malls under his/her assigned region. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating mall operations to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives and standards set by management. The position oversees the efficient and effective management of mall operations, including manpower planning and budgeting, operational budget control, regulatory compliance, risk management, transportation and accessibility initiatives, and the safety and security of all assigned malls. The Regional Operations Manager ensures consistent service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements across all managed properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related, management, engineering, or other relevant discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in mall operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience overseeing multiple sites or large-scale operations.
• Proven ability to manage operational budgets, implement operational strategies, and drive performance across multiple locations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
