Job Description

The Regional Head is responsible for leading and managing sales operations within the assigned territory. This role oversees sales teams, drives business growth, ensures compliance with company and food safety standards, and delivers consistent execution in the field through effective leadership, planning, and performance management.

  • Cebu (Central Visayas)
  • Davao (Southern Mindanao)

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, guide, and motivate subordinates to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Oversee the overall performance of the assigned area, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
  • Evaluate the performance of Sales Supervisors, Coordinators, and Salesmen.

Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement action plans aligned with company goals and market requirements.
  • Allocate resources and assignments effectively to maximize team productivity.
  • Identify operational and sales issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.

People Development

  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance the skills, competencies, and effectiveness of team members.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to strengthen leadership capability at all levels.

Field Operations & Trade Execution

  • Conduct regular trade checks and field visits to ensure proper execution of sales and merchandising standards.
  • Address field concerns promptly and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards, including ISO, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in sales and account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership background with proven people-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
  • Computer literate and able to analyze data to support decisions.
  • Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL standards is an advantage.
  • With valid driver’s license (Restriction 1, 2, or AB).
  • Willing to conduct regular fieldwork.
