The Regional Display Manager is responsible for developing and executing creative display and design strategies across multiple sites within the assigned region. This role ensures that all visual elements are aligned with brand standards, enhance customer engagement, and support commercial objectives. The position also oversees project execution, vendor coordination, and budget management to deliver high-impact visual environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Concept Development & Design Execution
Develop and implement innovative visual concepts that strengthen brand identity and elevate the overall customer experience
Translate business objectives into compelling design solutions that drive foot traffic and support revenue growth
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on design development, material specifications, and feasibility assessments
Ensure consistency of visual standards across all assigned locations
2. Project & Implementation Management
Provide overall direction for display installations, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with approved concepts
Review and validate layouts, technical drawings, and final executions; recommend improvements where necessary
Conduct regular site visits to assess execution quality and maintenance of visual elements
Ensure all installations, props, and display assets are well-maintained and replaced or repaired as needed
3. Budget & Cost Control
Manage and monitor budgets related to annual plans, site launches, and special projects
Ensure all design and installation activities remain within approved financial parameters
Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
4. Stakeholder & Administrative Management
Collaborate cross-functionally to align visual strategies with operational and commercial priorities
Conduct competitive benchmarking and recommend initiatives to maintain a strong market position
Review and approve relevant documentation related to projects and operations
Oversee team administrative requirements including scheduling and performance monitoring
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related discipline
Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within a design or visual merchandising function
Strong background in space planning, design conceptualization, and project management
Proficient in design and visualization tools (e.g., CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering software)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Work Arrangement
Must be open to assignment within the region and travel as required
