Role Recruiter

Main Objectives

  • Ensure staffing procedures meet company/client requirements
    • Conduct day-to-day Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedure.
    • Conduct calibration and certification for new recruitment staff.
    • Review Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedures, and update where necessary.
    • Implement enhancements where needed.
    • Recommend recruiting strategies to increase people.
  • 100% On-Time on Headcount Request
    • Compute expected applications needed to hire based on average hit rate.
    • Conceptualize sourcing plan to cover needed applications.
  • Reasonable Cost per Hire
    • Review cost of sourcing activities.
    • Review section cost in terms of office supplies and telephony.
  • Recruitment Metrics
    • Gather data for metrics.
    • Compute data based on On-Time, Hit Rate, Cost per Hire, and Conversion Rate.
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor of Science with Human Resources emphasis or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a related field.
