Quality Control And Training Specialist

We are looking for a Training & Quality Assurance Specialist to support our growing EV Charging Infrastructure business. This role is responsible for facilitating technical trainings for internal teams, EV dealers, and site partners, while also executing Quality Assurance (QA) audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols. The position plays a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality EV charging solutions across our network.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving training programs, databases, and learning plans
• Conduct technical trainings such as EV Infrastructure and product knowledge sessions
• Ensure training activities comply with established policies, procedures, and schedules
• Support the development and review of training materials, assessments, and examinations
• Assess training effectiveness, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate training progress updates with business unit leads
• Stay updated on EV industry trends by attending relevant trainings and certifications
• Perform Quality Assurance inspections for EV charging stations, products, and solutions
• Prepare and submit QA findings and reports, and monitor resolution of identified issues

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experience working within quality systems in a service or technical environment and demonstrates a solid foundation in electrical and electronics fundamentals. They are comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, preparing clear and accurate reports, and delivering straightforward technical instructions. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential, along with a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented approach to work. Familiarity with quality concepts, QC tools, and Quality Management Systems is an advantage, while technical and training-related certifications are considered a plus.
