Job Description

Oversee operational functions and standardization across properties
Drive guest and employee satisfaction through leadership and engagement
Manage budgets, financial targets, and cost engineering
Implement service and presentation standards to exceed guest expectations
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Build positive relationships with property owners and local authorities

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in Hospitality/Tourism or related field
Minimum 6-7 years experience in hotel/property management
Strong operational and technical expertise
Pre-opening experience highly preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Willing to work onsite and travel as needed
