Your Role

• Schedule installations, service calls, and site visits
• Coordinate daily with field crews and subcontractors
• Submit and organize project photos and documentation
• Track project milestones and update internal systems
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and status updates
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed and filed
• Escalate issues or delays to management
• Assist with general project coordination and administrative support
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
• Comfortable using CRM and project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• 2+ years in project coordination, operations, construction admin, or similar role
• Experience working with customers, field crews or contractors preferred
• Experience in solar, construction, roofing, or service-based industries is a plus
