Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Project Controls Analyst. We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills; the ability to handle day-to-day tasks in an effective and professional manner and the ability to work effectively with others. The Project Controls Analysist is responsible for various financial and administrative tasks and duties supporting the Company’s business.
Essential Functions

- Creation of client invoices using company’s accounting software and other designated software
- Send invoices via email, client portal or other approved delivery methods within established deadlines
- Respond to Client inquiries regarding invoices, resolve discrepancies, and process credit memos or invoice adjustments when needed
- Maintain organized records of all notes, invoices, supporting documentation and client communications
- Other functions may include but are not limited to creation of jobs and contracts, coordination with project managers to gather project data for purchase orders, maintaining accuracy in company’s accounting software and other designated software/platforms, creating vendor purchase orders, handling contract cancelations.
Job Specifications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- 2+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and adobe PDF
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse group of clients
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Highly proficient with Adobe PDF
- Competent using cloud-based IT environment such as Office 365 or Google Suite
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
