Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards while addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Support the development of project documentation and reporting. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Operations Control. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Proficient in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation tools. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
