Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive project management activities for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all activities align with organizational goals and standards. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to established schedules. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. - Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentations. - Support the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation tools. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with risk management techniques and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
