Job Responsibilities

• Ability to de velop and implement a broad range of casino programs, events and promotional activities for the Casino.
• Responsible for executing the activities set by management, assist in all the paperwork and filing of documentation for promotions, and supervise a team of coordinators.
• Ability to manage different projects simultaneously and to produce quality results.
• Prepare documentation to support all promotions.
• Liaise with vendors and other stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective process flow for events and promotions.
• Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
• Maintain event budget.
  
  

• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Experience in Casino Marketing, Casino Programs, and similar industry.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to manage different projects with the same timeline and produce quality results.
