Job Responsibilities

• Ability to manage different projects with the same timeline and to produce quality results.
• Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
• Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
• Maintain event budgets.
• Performs other related tasks required.
  
  

• Hosting is a plus.
• Pleasing personality.
• With experience in Marketing, Advertising, Hospitality, Sales, Integrated Resort or any related fields.
• Basic to intermediate verbal and written English communication expertise.
• Basic coordination and liaising expertise.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to manage different projects with the same timeline and to produce quality results.
• Basic hosting experience is a plus.
• Able to speak Cebuano is a plus.
