Permitting SAQ ROW Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable sites for telecom infrastructure (towers, rooftops, etc.)
• Manage negotiations with property owners, landlords, and local authorities
• Secure permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals required for site development
• Coordinate with engineering, RF, and construction teams to ensure site readiness
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments
• Ensure all acquisition activities meet legal, environmental, and company standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking of all sites
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 3–5+ years of experience in telecom site acquisition (SAQ) or Right of Way (ROW)
• Strong knowledge of permitting, right-of-way, and local regulations
• Experience in dealing with landlords, government units, and vendors
• Good communication, negotiation, and project management skill.
• Experience in telecom rollout projects (LTE/5G)
• Familiarity with RF/site design coordination
