Job Description

Design, build, and configure applications using Pega Platform to meet business process and application requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the development of high-quality applications.

Implement and customize Pega Platform solutions, utilizing your strong understanding of Pega development best practices.

Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and quality.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Assess the impact of the integration requirements to the technical architecture and specify the integration service requirements.

Identify cross-team issues, and communicate them to the appropriate team leads.

Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful Pega applications.

Required Skill: Minimum of 2 years work experience in Pega Platform.

With Experience in Java Enterprise Edition, jQuery, and HTML.

Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions, including case management, data modeling, and user interface development.

Knowledge of Pega frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

Familiarity with PRPC Security, packaging and deployment

Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

This position is based in Cebu and Manila
