In this role, youll help manage draw processes, assist with permit applications, coordinate winner communications, and maintain accurate records—playing a key part in keeping promotions compliant, organised, and running smoothly.

About The Role Of Paralegal Admin

Paralegal Administrator provides essential administrative support for the delivery of promotions. This includes managing draw processes, assisting with permit applications, contacting winners, and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and eager to gain experience in the operations of trade promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the management and execution of promotional draws, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the preparation and submission of trade promotion permit applications to relevant state departments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of entries, winners, and promotional activity.
  • Contact winners to confirm eligibility and provide necessary information as required.
  • Assist the legal and operations teams in ensuring all promotions comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Organise and manage administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, etc.
  • Delegate and distribute tasks among team members to balance workloads and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
  • Create client/internal reports upon request or on a recurring basis.

Requirements 

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable liaising with internal teams (via Google Meet, Slack or Call) and promotion winners (via email and call).
  • Proficiency in: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PDF, Excel).
