Overview:

The Program Manager leads cross functional programs that drive operational effectiveness, transformation, and process improvement across the organization. This role partners with Operations leadership and support teams to deliver high impact initiatives that improve service levels, optimize processes, and align with organizational strategy. You will play a key role in connecting teams, driving execution, and enabling long term operational excellence.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of cross functional programs aligned to business strategy
  • Drive process improvement and transformation initiatives across operational teams
  • Partner with support functions to resolve challenges and enhance operational effectiveness
  • Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
  • Communicate program progress, insights, and outcomes to leadership stakeholders

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience leading cross functional initiatives and teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present to multiple levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
