Section 1: Oracle Cloud Implementations Consultant

Job Summary:

As an Oracle Cloud SaaS Implementer, you will be part of Accenture’s Oracle Cloud Center of Excellence, delivering end-to-end implementation and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. You will work across modules such as HCM, SCM, ERP, EPM, and CX, supporting clients in their digital transformation journey. This role involves solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

Both roles may contribute to implementation success: the SaaS Consultant drives design/requirements, while the Configurator/Implementer ensures the system is correctly built, tested, and supported.

Oracle Senior Configurator / Senior Implementer


  • Configure Oracle Cloud applications based on business requirements and best practices.
  • Participate in deployment and release planning, including migration of configurations across environments.
  • Develop and execute test scripts for unit, system, and UAT phases.
  • Provide post-go-live support and enhancements, including incident and change management.
  • Train end users and internal teams on configuration models and best practices.


  • Oracle Consultant


  • Lead or support Oracle Cloud implementations across one or more modules: HCM, SCM, ERP, EPM, CX.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting.
  • Recommend best practices and ensure solution designs align with Oracle SaaS standard capabilities while minimizing customizations.
  • Act as a primary client-facing consultant, building strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.


  • Section 2: Oracle Cloud Technical Developer

    Job Summary:

    As an Oracle Cloud Technical Implementer, you will be part of Accenture’s Oracle Cloud Center of Excellence, delivering technical solutions across Oracle SaaS and PaaS platforms. You will specialize in designing and implementing integrations, analytics, custom applications, or cloud-native architectures. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical backgrounds who can bridge business needs with scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
  • Develop custom applications using Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS), Oracle APEX, and Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA).
  • Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Build and maintain analytics dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Manage and optimize Oracle Database Cloud Services.
  • Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks and support SIT/UAT phases.
  • Participate in Agile delivery cycles and DevOps practices.


  • Section 1: Oracle Cloud Implementations Consultant

    Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SaaS implementations, support or related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, or Customer Experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM Implementer) are a plus but not required.
  • Proven experience in leading Oracle Cloud implementation teams across SaaS and Technical tracks.
  • Ability to define strategic roadmaps and transformation plans aligned with client business goals.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, executive reporting, and governance activities.
  • Demonstrated capability in mentoring junior consultants and building high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in client environments to align Oracle Cloud capabilities with sector-specific business goals and KPIs.

  • Module-Specific Oracle Skills:


  • Oracle HCM Cloud: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL.
  • Oracle SCM Cloud: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supplier Portal, Self-Service Procurement.
  • Oracle ERP Cloud: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), Projects, Expenses, Budgeting, Cash Management, Tax Configuration.
  • Oracle EPM Cloud: Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Smart View.
  • Oracle CX Cloud: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lead and Opportunity Management.


  • Experience in System Transformation to the Cloud:


  • Cloud Readiness & Strategy: Assessing legacy systems and defining transformation roadmaps aligned with Oracle Cloud capabilities.
  • Legacy-to-Cloud Mapping: Translating legacy functionalities into Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Data Migration Execution: Using tools like HDL, FBDI, and Data Management.
  • Change Management & Enablement: Driving user adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.
  • Integration & Coexistence: Designing hybrid architectures using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Cloud Governance & Security: Implementing role-based access controls and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity in Technical Architectures: Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services such as IAM, Autonomous DB, Object Storage.
  • Agile & DevOps Delivery: Working in Agile teams using DevOps tools.
  • Post-Go-Live Optimization: Supporting hypercare and continuous improvement.


  • Section 2: Oracle Cloud Technical Developer

    Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud technical implementations or similar technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience in any of the following:
  • Integrations: OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, API Management, JSON, XML, XSLT
  • Analytics: OAC, OTBI, BI Publisher, OBIEE
  • Architecture: OCI services, cloud security, DevOps.
  • Database: Autonomous DB, Exadata, SQL/PLSQL.
  • Application Development: PL/SQL,VBCS, Oracle APEX, ODA, Python, JavaScript
  • Oracle certifications in OIC, OAC, OCI, Database or Application Development are a plus but not required.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps pipelines.

  • Legacy System Integration: Connecting on-premise systems to Oracle Cloud.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Implementing automated test suites.
