Job Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support corporate network infrastructure - Firewall, switches, access points, and VOIP.
• Monitor network alerts and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and cabling.
• Assist in routine tasks: patching, backups, and configuration update.
• Support deployment of new devices (access points, switches, router and firewalls).
• Work with the vendor to perform testing and preventative maintenance of network equipment.
• Maintain inventory of network equipment.
• Document and follow RMA processes and procedures for all relevant vendors.
• Manage and assist external vendors handled by the IT department, such as Internet providers, CDAS, network cabling, and mall tenants.
  
  

• Skilled in routing, switching and wireless network.
• Skilled in network security such as 802.1x and managing firewall (Fortigate and Palo Alto).
• Can adapt to a fast-changing technological environment.
