As a Multi-Skilled Technician at JLL, you'll be at the heart of keeping our clients' facilities running smoothly and safely. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing issues and implementing effective repairs across carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general building fabric
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds, identifying potential hazards, maintenance needs, and opportunities for operational improvements
• Support project work including minor refurbishments, tenant fit-outs, and building improvement initiatives under the guidance of project managers
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, materials used, and work completed using computerized maintenance management systems
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers, ensuring work is completed to required standards and within agreed timelines
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, building codes, and JLL quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment
• Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, responding professionally to queries and keeping stakeholders informed of maintenance activities
  
  

• Trade qualification or certification in a relevant discipline (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or building maintenance)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar multi-skilled technical role
• Demonstrated competency across multiple trades including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in building maintenance environments
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance specifications
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between multiple sites as required
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  
  

• Additional trade certifications or licenses in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or specialist building systems
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and digital work order platforms
• Background working in commercial office environments, retail facilities, or mixed-use properties
• Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and energy management practices
• Certification in working at heights, confined space entry, or other specialized safety training
• Experience supporting capital projects, renovations, or tenant improvement works
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service orientation and professional demeanor
