About The Role

Markets Analyst

who combines analytical thinking with strong communication, client engagement, and relationship-building skills.

In this role, you will conduct real estate market research while actively engaging with clients, presenting consultancy services, and identifying opportunities to support their business needs. We are looking for someone confident in building rapport, comfortable with fieldwork, and eager to turn market insights into meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Engage clients to understand their real estate requirements, business objectives, and market challenges.

Maintain regular communication to strengthen rapport and support long-term client partnerships.

Service Presentation and Business Development

Present and pitch PRIME Philippines’ real estate consultancy services to prospective and existing clients.

Identify potential clients and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry engagement.

Prepare presentations and proposals that communicate the value of PRIME’s services.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions aligned with client needs.

Market Research and Analysis

Research real estate market trends, property developments, rental rates, occupancy, supply and demand, and investment opportunities.

Gather market intelligence through desk research, property inspections, site visits, and direct engagement with industry stakeholders.

Translate research findings into actionable insights, reports, and client presentations.

Fieldwork and Industry Engagement

Conduct property inspections, site visits, and field research.

Meet with property owners, developers, brokers, tenants, and other industry participants to gather market information and build professional connections.

Participate in client meetings, networking activities, and industry events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and present to clients.

Genuine interest in client relationship management, consultative selling, or business development.

Comfortable pitching services, conducting presentations, and building rapport with different stakeholders.

Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel for property visits and client engagements as required.

Analytical, resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
