Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close revenue-generating opportunities across gaming, hospitality, F&B, entertainment, retail, and events.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporations, tourism bodies, lifestyle brands, and community organizations to activate new guest segments and engagement platforms.
  • Create and implement business development strategies that drive visitor volume, spend per head, and long-term loyalty.
  • Lead prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and contract execution for new business initiatives.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver seamless partner activations and ensure measurable ROI.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor movements to identify emerging opportunities and areas for commercial innovation.
  • Develop performance dashboards to track revenue contribution, partnership value, and pipeline health.
  • Represent the Integrated Resort at industry events, meetings, and networking activities to strengthen market presence and relationship capital.
  • Key KPIs: Revenue contribution from new business streams. Number and quality of new partnerships activated. Incremental foot traffic, engagement, and spend driven by partnerships. Conversion of leads from pipeline to closed agreements. Partner retention and recurring business growth.

Qualifications

  • Primary Skill Set (Core to Performance)
  • Strategic Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify new revenue channels, assess business potential, forecast financial impact, and prioritize opportunities that strengthen the resort’s commercial ecosystem.
  • Partnership Development & Relationship Management: Skilled in prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships—including corporate, lifestyle, tourism, entertainment, and community sectors.
  • Sales Excellence & Deal Closing: Strong competency in lead generation, pipeline management, proposal crafting, deal structuring, and contract finalization.
  • Market Intelligence & Opportunity Mapping: Deep understanding of market trends, competitor movements, customer behavior, and industry shifts relevant to gaming, hospitality, entertainment, and tourism.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works seamlessly with Marketing, Operations, F&B, Events, and Executive teams to deliver integrated programs with measurable ROI.
  • Communication & Executive Presence: Clear, concise communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners at senior levels.
