- Process and evaluate property and title loan applications, including document screening and credit checks.
- Prepare loan reports and explain loan terms, interest rates, and contract details to borrowers.
- Manage loan accounts and assist with other related tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- With 1 year experience in loan processing, preferably in secured lending and real estate.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, documentation, and sales processes.
